Salary Package:- 3 LPA + Incentives and Allowances

Work Type:- 2-week training program + Full time

Eligibility criteria:- Any Graduate from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Karnataka, Rajasthan, or Delhi NCR Only.

Functional Competencies:- Selling skills, Good communication skills, Fluently speaks and understands the local language.

Behavioral Competencies:-

1. Customer service attitude, Negotiation Relationship building Skills.
2. Calm and composed
3. Ability to work under pressure

Job Description:-

1. Acquisition of CASA liabilities a/c from cold calling, market reference, cross sell and selling third party products (life health insurance, mutual funds SIPs)
2. Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.
3. Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.

1. Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns (in the vicinity), branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry
2. Achieving over all numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
3. Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers.
4. Understanding of KYC, AML guidelines and complying with Bank policies and guidelines for the role and responsibilities.
5. Taking the responsibility of bank’s information – No third party info disclosure, verbal, written, soft copy, mail any way.

Selection Process:-

1. Round 1- AMCAT Test
2. Round 2- Virtual round of Personal interview
3. Round 3-  Face to Face round of Personal interview ( Post this round candidates will be given a LOI/Conditional Offer Letter from the bank)
4. Round 4- Two weeks training programme (AU will conduct a post-training assessment. Candidates qualifying this assessment will be absorbed by them)

Note:- 

1. Candidates will be put through a training for 2 weeks conducted by us along with a couple of sessions by AU. – Certificate Programme in Banking and Finance – Total charges  for the same  will be Rs. 10000 (50% will be paid by the candidate and 50% by the bank).Fees will only be charged once the candidate got selected  for the job,otherwise zero cost and no hidden terms and conditions
