Qualifications Skills Required:-- Freshers with Commerce Background or above.
- Any graduation with 0 3 Years of Experience in any field and any of the US backend processes will be an added advantage.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Flexible to work any day of the week and work US hours when required.
Job Description:-
- Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and ensures that performance parameters are met and/ or exceeded against SLA targets.
- Recommend process improvements suggest alternatives for continuous enhancement.
- To create/write clear and concise SOPs and process documents.
- Commit to standardization in existing processes and in new process implementation.
- Taking part in daily stand-ups, and weekly/monthly review meetings with Seniors.
- Ensure delivery of priorities with minimal supervision.
- Learn new backend processes and take ownership of performing them accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Take up any special projects as and when assigned.
