Job Description:

• Managing Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
• Support for Windows Desktops and laptop: Installation and Troubleshooting
• Installation, Configuration of Local and Network Printers.
• Asset Management
• Troubleshoot technology issues
• Coordinating all IT Related purchase
• Perform remote troubleshooting
• Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed
• Work with existing vendors to evaluate new technology
• Monitor the performance of a company’s desktop infrastructure and provide suggestions to improve efficiency.
• Train end-users when new software or IT regulations arrive at a company

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualifications: Diploma / BE /Degree from CS/IT/ECE/EEE branch
•  1-3 years/ Fresher can also be considered for the Bangalore location

Preferred skill:

• Communication skills: Good spoken and written skills
  
• Self-starter and quick learner and ability to work in a global team setting with minimal supervision
  
• Should be a good team player
