Required Qualifications:-

1. Mandatory Bachelor s degree and pursuing Master s degree, MBA, or similar

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:-

2. Understanding of Capital Markets business
3. Understanding of risks within Markets Operations environment
4. Strong communication skills ability to work independently
5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
6. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to work with people across different cultures

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:-

1. Proficiency in  Data Analytics, Tableau, MS Excel, and Visio
2. Strong analytical, technical, and/or statistical skills with a proven ability to process large datasets into meaningful information

4. Excellent presentation skills and ability to simplify and condense a large number of complex moving parts into single impactful statement
