Job Responsibilities:

→Maintain High-Level Quality standards as per client requirements.

→Daily processing of Shareholders’ meetings for 120+ markets.

→Complete daily processing as per agreed client SLAs.

Eligibility Criteria:

→Any Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA

Preferred skill:

→Basic knowledge of Capital markets is good to have.

→Basic Knowledge of Corporate Law specific to shareholder meetings would be an added advantage.

→Flexible to work in shifts including night shifts.

→Basic knowledge of MS Office and keyboard skills.
