Job Profile: Music Operations Intern Resso

Degree Required: Any Graduates
About the Role:
1. Defining and developing a community management strategy
2. Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums
3. Monitoring and optimising community engagement levels
4.Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
5. Support India CRM operations and raise high priority cases with the team
Qualifications
1. You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
2. You are currently pursuing a Bachelor s, Master s degree or bootcamp certification in Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline.
3. You harbour a passion for numbers and the use of data to make decisions
4. You are an expert in working with excel and has experience working with large data sets.
5. You have an innate passion for content development on the web and also the music business as a whole
6. You are organised and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
*Please note, you need to currently be pursuing a degree/diploma in order to be considered for this role.
