1. Should be graduating in 2022
2. Should have 55% and above in Graduation (till 4 semesters or 2 years)
3. Qualification Any 3-year Graduate    BCA, All Streams allowed for BSc.
4. 1 year gap is allowed after educational milestone e.g. SSC and HSC
5. Candidates must be open to relocate to any location and work in night shifts
6. Candidates must be available to join immediately
7. Candidate must have good English written / verbal communication skills. Coupled with good English language comprehension
8. Should be open to sign Service Level Agreement

Job Description:

1. Provide best-in-class customer service, problem resolution and technical troubleshooting to customer queries over the voice based phone service
2. Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical
3. Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
4. Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
5. Clarify customer requirements
6. probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
7. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
8. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy

Job Requirements:-

1. Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
2. Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
3. Basic computing skills
4. Willing to work in a 24/7 environment
5. Should be open to sign Service Level Agreement
