Job Description:

Dell is hiring candidates for the post of Technical Support Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

→Solve complex problems for customers and be on top of challenging expectations

→Partner closely with customers while communicating proactively regarding the overall process of queries

→Drive operational excellence through quality closures and efficient management of issues

→Communicate the end to end process of queries proactively

→Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues

Eligibility Criteria:

→Any Graduate from any stream.

→ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

→Outstanding customer focus, phone etiquette and work ethic

→Excellent communications skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress

→Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills using operational and diagnostic procedures
