Job Description:
Finoit is hiring candidates for the post of Software Trainee Developer.
Job Responsibilities:
→Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners, teams and managers according to the defined processes and standard
→Understand performance metrics and process requirements to drive business results in live environment
→Analyze and detect exceptions
→Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards within expected deadlines
→Contribute to process changes to minimize handling time, increase work efficiency and improve the software tool that he/she shall will be using
Eligibility Criteria:
→B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication)
→60% above throughout (in Xth, XIIth and B.Tech)
Batch/Passing Out Year: 2021 Pass-outs.
Compensation: 3.8 Lacs Per Annum CTC [Upgradable to 4.2 LPA if excellent performance is observed during first 6 months of training]

Interview Process
→First Round:120 minutes (Online Test – Aptitude and Programming Round)
→Section 1: Single Choice – Aptitude and Logical Reasoning – 20 Questions – 30 minutes
→Section 2: Single Choice – Programming and Database – 10 Questions – 15 minutes
→Section 3: Coding Round – 2 Questions – 75 minutes
→Second Round:Technical Interview (face to face with technical panel)
→Third Round:HR Interview (face to face with HR panel)
Salary and Training Information
→Training Period – 6 Months
→Designation – Trainee – Software Engineer
→CTC – 3.8 Lacs Per Annum CTC
[**NOTE : Upgradable to 4.2 LPA if excellent performance is observed during first 6 months of training]
Service Agreement
→At the time of joining, the Candidate must sign 2 years of service agreement and a Cheque of Rs. 1.50 Lacs needs to be submitted, as security against any breach of service agreement.
→The same Cheque will be returned back to the employee on successful completion of service agreement duration i.e. 2 years of service.
