Eligibility Criteria for FirstMeridian Off Campus 2022
→Qualification: BE/B.Tech, BSc, BCom
→Specialization: Any
→Graduation year of passing: 2021/2022
→Percentage: 60% Above (10th, 12th/Diploma & Graduation)
→Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year
Job purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the complete end to end recruitment process for the assigned candidates
Roles and Responsibilities for FirstMeridian Off Campus 2022:
→Individual contribution towards achieving set revenue target
→Manage different types of candidates at the same time
→Ensure quality profiles are delivered to the clients at a turnaround time
→Maintain proper records of the Candidate data management
→Maintain structured records / data of activities performed to draw insights and take corrective actions of the work done
→Ensure the set KPI targets are achieved Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly
→Update ATS tool daily/weekly
Skill Set:
→Good in communication.
→Proactive in approach.
→Attention to detail.
→Experience in candidate relationship management
→Experience working for IT recruitment.
