Required Qualifications Skills:-

For Process Associate- Finance and Administration Delivery:

1. Minimum 0-1 year work experience in Finance and Accounting
2. Ability to manage order fulfilment, Collecting and applying Cash payments
3. Experience to identify duplicate records in the Vendor Invoice receipt, verify and process the invoice accurately and in timely manner
4. Knowledge to match Invoices and identify errors and resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices and reduce aging of invoice
5. Be part of a team that are Compliant to SOX e.g. documents to be posted after due Approval
6. Experience in handling manual and automatic payment requests along with verification and payment run proposal
7. Solid understanding of Process Travel and Expense (T/E) claims and payments, duplicate payment resolution, recovery and vendor statement reconciliations
8. Ability to handle queries through calls and Email follow-ups
9. Working knowledge of basic accounting and various accounting principles.
10. Ability to detect duplicate and or error records and take appropriate actions
11. Proficient in expense management

For Remote Technical Support:

1. Minimum Contact Center Experience: 1- 2 Years, VL Skills: Strong, should be a team player, should be comfortable working in shifts, should be able to handle pressure situations and willingness to learn.
2. At least 12 to 24 months of professional experience in service industry with ability to handle the customers across the globe.
3. Good communication skills including written communication.
4. Handling pressure situations
5. Good learner to come up the learning curve to perform on various KPI s such as Average Handling Time , Hold Time, Resolution etc.

Job Description  Responsibilities:-

For Process Associate- Finance and Administration Delivery:

1. Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax and accruals.
2. Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions.
3. Ensure client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.

For Remote Technical Support:

1. The job will require candidates to handle inbound calls Emails for issues reported for such offerings and provide L0 support to them.
2. This position is primarily to provide service to the IBM customers through call/chat support. The core job is to create PMRs/Tickets/Cases in the tool and send it to the technical team to resolve it further. Also, to send alert messages to the technicians to provide services to the customers in the stipulated time frame (Service Level Agreement).
3. Achieve targets on KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction Scores (NPS), No Escalations, AHT etc. The profile might also require handling escalations at points and also act as Shift in charge during weekends in absence of designated supervisors. The role also includes responsibilities of managing support mailbox to ensure that all customer Emails are responded appropriately in defined TAT.
