Required Qualifications Skills:-

6. Excellent interpersonal skills, synergise and collaborate, cross culturally sensitive and extensive listening skills

Key skills Required:-

1. You must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word.
2. Having additional technological skills such as Auto CAD, Map IT or any other mapping tools, Photoshop and any other skills related to financial modelling, forecasting etc. will be welcomed.
3. You must have good writing skills, presentation and communication skills.
4. Self-starter team player
5. Passion for Real Estate
6. Open to travel
7. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

What this job involves:-

1. Understanding the market in depth and update the projects in database.
2. Undertaking physical site visits and micro market visits to get orientation of site, location and collate information, comparable etc.
3. Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to clients
4. Supporting delivery solutions with research and analysis, preparations of reports and presentations, client representations, site visits
5. Help achieve timely submission by understanding client s objectives and proper coordination with subordinates, manager, business leads (if required).
6. Support the Business Development team with proposals and opportunities with the various clients/fund houses
7. Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of deliverables.
