Education and Experience Required:-- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Typically 0-2 years experience
Primary Skills:-
- Solid working knowledge in scripting preferably in Perl, Shell, Python or SQL
- Working knowledge on SQL queries and Database (any RDBMS )
- Working knowledge on Containers and Cloud technologies
- Extensive experience with multiple software development toolset and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and to carry out effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with tangible outcomes.
- Experience in integration of software products across various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
Desirable Skills:-
- Understanding of Kubernetes , Helm and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Any preliminary UI skills will be a plus.
- Knowledge in data centre management and large enterprise reporting applications like PowerBI, Grafana, Tableau etc.
Job Description Responsibilities:-
Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
- Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools
- Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.
- Develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
- Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for low to moderately- complex products.
