Required Qualification Experience:-

1. Bachelor s Degree in the related field.
2. 0-4 years of work experience

Required Skills:-

1. Fluent in English written and spoken
2. Able to type data for long periods of time.
3. Detailed and thorough in work habits.
4. PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficiency with the internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other software.
5. Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports.
6. Neat and legible handwriting.

Accountabilities Essential Functions:-

1. Performs data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet or database commands, and formats material as required.
2. Review discrepancies in data received request clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data, and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
3. May interact with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval.
4. Files, keep records, and prepares/transmits/sorts/distributes facsimiles, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
5. Perform quality work within deadlines.
6. Interact professionally with other employees.
7. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
8. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
9. Other duties as assigned.
