Job Description:

Mphasis is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Support Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

→Grad/ UG Fresher or upto 2 years of Technical support

→Provide L1/L2 Support to End Users for Hardware / Products on Inbound Calls

→Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.

→Ability to work on multiple screens at the same time and handle order processing on Calls

→Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

→Prioritize and manage time effectively, while handling multiple priorities

→Provide First Call Resolution and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

→Should have a reliable and fast WiFi connection at home

→Should be ready to connect via video during training and 1 on 1 discussions

→Should have a safe and suitable work environment at home

→Should be able to work as per the break/lunch timings allocated by the supervisor

→Candidate should be willing to work from office

→Flexible to work in 24*7 work environment

→Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly off
