NAVI Hiring 2022: All that you need to know about Crack the Case

Designed to test your skills, expertise and capabilities in complex problem situations, Navi presents Crack the Case, our maiden B-School Case Competition. Explore how Navi has taken a technology-driven and customer-centric approach to launch products in the financial services space and jump on the Navi Bandwagon with your crazy solutions to our eccentric problems.

Eligibility and Team Rules:

→The competition is open to full-time second-year students of all B-Schools across India.

→Students can register as individuals or in teams with at max 3 students.

→Cross-specialization teams are allowed.

→A student cannot be a member of more than one team.

→Any deviation from the aforementioned rules will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Competition Structure:

Case Submission

→Each team will have to submit an executive summary of the case in a 1-2 slider PPT format (title slide not included).

→Any supporting Excel sheets etc. should be embedded in the PPT itself.

→An appendix of not more than a page can be put beyond the 1-2 slides. Due credits should be given to any references taken.

→The maximum file size of the submission is 15 MB.

→Naming Convention: TeamName_CampusName

Semi Finale

→Based on the case submissions, top teams will be identified and shortlisted as Semi-Finalists.

→A detailed presentation of 7-10 slides will have to be submitted at this stage.

→Each team will get 10 minutes of presentation time followed by 10 minutes of Q&A to present virtually to a jury panel.

Grand Finale

→10-15 finalist teams will get a chance to present to the senior leadership team of Navi.

→Each team will get 10 minutes of presentation time followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.

→Further details of the Grand Finale will be disclosed after the Semi Finale Round is concluded.
