Primary Responsibilities:
→Work with business and enterprise architects to groom requirements specifications in features and user stories
→Contribute in designing technical solution to meet the requirements
→Plan and estimate the development and testing tasks required to deliver the features
→Deliver high quality code which adheres to standards and best practices
→Drive and own creation of development standards and best practices for the team
→Perform code reviews for peers
→Mentor and guide junior team members
→Interact with other technical teams to identify and manage dependencies
→Perform POCs and POTs and help solution modernization architecture
→Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
