Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is hiring candidates for the post of Process Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
→Authoring of new exam content (data entry of assessment tasks) for selected exam components into Client approved item bank in an accurate and timely manner using the content/data provided by the client, which includes inputting question content, answer sheet and task attributes data. In addition, some tasks have a tape script which needs to be added and some tasks have artwork/images which need to be inserted.
→Make amendments to the newly authored exam content post review by the client.
→Follow the working instructions and training guidance provided by the client at all times.
→Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager as soon as possible to avoid errors or delay in submission of the work.
→Maintain and follow data and information security guidelines.
→Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
→Any Degree from any Stream
→Committed to quality, including security and performance
→Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred skill:
→Strong English verbal and written communication skills (CEFR C1 level for Reading and Writing)
→Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS word is a must
→Ability to focus on important and repetitive tasks
→Good hand eye coordination
→Detail oriented and thorough
→Good decision making and time management skills
→Happy to work alone and in teams
→Flexible and calm can adjust to changing circumstances
→Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new techniques and work practices
