The Purpose of This Role
As a member of R&D team, you will be closely collaborating with Management on developing comprehensive solutions for R2 product.
The Value You Deliver
→Developing Java Web Services platform on SOA philosophy for integrations and data exchange
→Developing intuitive client interfaces using Java Swing and other latest technologies and frameworks
→Identifying tech debts in the product and mitigating them for better performance
→Leading forward looking technology initiatives for modernizing the product
→Participating in peer reviews and ensuring better quality of deliverables
→Innovating smart solutions for product feature enhancements
The Skills that are Key to this role
Functional / Technical / Behavioral
→You are expected to be strong on OOPs concepts, Core Java, Swing, Spring Boot/MVC
→You should have hands-on experience in developing Java Swing applications and Java Web Services using JAX-WS/JAX- REST API
→Your experience on tools like Jira and Stash code maintenance and tracking work items
→Your ability to take initiatives in tech-hardening of product by regular reviews & upgrades
→Your out-of-box thinking to build innovative solutions
→Your disruptive approach to stay relevant all times by challenging status quos
→Your ability to communicate and relay your point across effectively
→Your decisive capability should propel things at faster pace
The Skills that are Good To Have for this role
→Your knowledge on Microsoft technology stack, if possessed, can be leveraged
→Your curiosity towards Cloud enablement shall help us in containerizing our products
→You can also contribute in setting up CI/CD pipeline if you interest in Devops
The Expertise We re Looking For
→0 to 1 year of hands-on IT experience
→Graduate in any stream of Engineering
→Preferably having Java & Cloud certifications
