This letter is regarding the complaint about the bad bus service provided to the passengers.

The bus runs from Haryana Highway to different locations in New Delhi. These buses are used by local passengers to reach their offices who are bound by the time. The buses are allotted with time slots which are written on the mainboard but they don’t run according to it which causes inconvenience to the passengers. Apart from being late, the buses are also not clean and sanitized. These are the few reasons why the number of passengers has started switching to alternative options.

Kindly look into the problem and ensure that the service is provided on time to the passengers and that the buses are clean.
