Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that dog owners walking their dogs along the colony is a common sight. This is fine, but these pets relieve themselves anywhere on the pavements and dirty them. It is unseemly and unhygienic. 

Dog owners should be socially sensible enough to dispose it off in a proper manner. I suggest making it compulsory for dog owners to carry scoopers so that they could lift them and dispose them off properly leaving the environment clean and hygienic. If the dog owners are found violating it they should be penalized.

Hoping to see some stringent action taken at the earliest.
