This letter is being written regarding the increasing number of crimes in the capital city, New Delhi.

We have seen an increasing rate of crimes in the city. The newspapers have the majority news of an increasing number of crime cases themselves be it chain-snatching or murder. This has increased fear among everyone in the residential area and somewhere people have stopped going out after the sunset to avoid getting hurt in any way. The fear in people is a great failure of the system that is responsible for our safety.

It is my request on behalf of everyone to the government to look into this problem and find the solution by spreading fear of high punishment among the culprits and also catch them as soon as possible. Hope for quick actions against the deserved.
