Subject – Complaint about the cracks in newly bought shoes
To Sales Manager,
This is to complain that the pair of shoes I recently purchased from your renowned store has developed cracks in the hole that too within a week.
I purchased a pair of shoes from ABC company from your store on 28th April 2021. This pair of shoes belonged to special edition and was known for its best quality and that is why I had made the purchase of the expensive product. It was perfect for a week but this Monday it started showing cracks in the sole like any old shoe. Your store and the brand of shoes is trusted but unfortunately, my purchase was disappointing.
Kindly replace the shoes with new pair as soon as possible or refund back my money. Hoping for better service next time.
