Subject: Complaint letter regarding misbehavior of branch staff with a senior citizen

I am an account holder in your branch at Model Town. I visited your branch dated 

13th January’22 with my mother for our inquiries regarding the pension of my mother.

But with my utter disappointment, I would like to inform you about the poor customer service and misbehavior of branch staff. I was requested to bring my mother for signing some documents regarding her pension, I already informed the bank officials about her health issues so that she doesn’t have to wait for long at the branch to get the papers signed. I had to leave for some urgent issue at my office and I was insured by the bank staff that they will ensure that my mother is well and get the work done within 1 hour. But it is very unfortunate to inform you that when I returned after 1-hour, mother was still sitting in the waiting area, nothing was done and even nobody responded when my mother asked for water. This behavior and customer service with a senior citizen are very disappointing. 

Thus I want to request you to kindly look into this matter and improve the customer service, especially with the senior citizens as these kinds of irresponsible behavior and negligence needs to be sorted out quickly.
