Subject – How are you doing?
Dear Atiksh,
How are you doing? I heard you were staying in your hostel because of the lockdown. Is there a regular food supply in the hostel? This sudden Covid-19 breakdown has brought immense fear among every young and old generation and made us realise how sensitive our health has become.
How are you enjoying your company? I hope the internet must have become your good friend but do give yourself time off the devices once a day and meditate instead. It will help you get over the feeling of loneliness.
Do take care of your mental and physical health and follow all the norms asked by the government religiously. Do not forget to take regular nutrition and do breathing exercises. If by any chance you need my help do contact me.
