Dear Sir,

Through your esteemed column, I want to grab the attention of concerned authorities and citizens of India regarding tourists harming the environment

I along with the environmental club of my school, went to visit Corbett National Park on a three-day tour where I noticed very disappointing behaviour by the tourists. The tourists played loud music and disturbed the whole environment. They also harmed the properties by spreading garbages around. The tourists were neither responsible nor apologetic about their act. National Parks are the parts that are kept safe for the environment, and leaving your footprints there is unacceptable. In my opinion, strict laws and regulations should be imposed in these places with a large amount of fines for doing such inhuman activities.
