I am very sorry to let you know that I will not be able to fulfil your request regarding your appraisal and bonus points which you have mentioned in your last mail to me. I completely understand that you are a part of this company and you do have the aspirations of going ahead for bigger and better.
However this is an IT company with certain rules and regulations. We have to fall some parameters to provide any employee anything extra. The status required for these points includes full attendance of the employee, active presence in meetings, comfortable and ready to work in shifts, list for almost no holidays, work is worship and there is no incomplete or rejected consignment from their side. These are the few basic requirements that need to be fulfilled to get the promotion. However I am hopeful that shoulder will get this next time with your hard work and dedication.
