Mother told me about you contracting a viral fever. because of changing weather and pollution, many people are contracting viral fever, cough and cold these days. Our doctor has advised us to take regular pills of vitamins and calciums. I would advise you to take in healthy food and not go through the internet about the issues you are facing instead consult the doctor in person and take his help with the problems.
