From Your Store named “Electronic World ” located in chandigarh. I bought a telephone answering system with facsimile about a month ago. The product ran excellently for the starting few days but evenly the product started showing faults.

The machine is supposed to record a message when I’m not able to attend the call but the telephone answering system is not recording the message from the caller. This is just the start to several glitches I have faced in the last few days.

The product came with a warranty of two years on any technical problems. I request for a product replacement if the issue cannot be resolved
