Uplers Solution is hiring candidates for the role of Trainee – Desktop Support for the Across India location. The complete details about Uplers Solution Recruitment Drive are as follows.

Job Position:- Trainee – Desktop Support

Job Location:- Across India

Salary Package:- As per Company standards

Required Qualifications  Competencies:-

  1. Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting skill
  2. Should know about installation and configuration of email in Outlook and thunderbird.
  3. Should be able to check basic level of Networking issues related to system.
  4. A good team player
  5. Should be able to handle the computer hardware related request on his own.

Roles Responsibilities:-

  1. Computer Assembling and disassembling.
  2. Replace the component like RAM and Hard Disk in Desktop and Laptop
  3. Installation of the Operating system Windows 7/8/10
  4. Troubleshooting of the issues related to Operating system.
  5. Installation of the general software like MS office, thunderbird, WPS office etc.
  6. Make the Desktop and Laptop ready to be allotted to the employees with the software according to their profile.
  7. Coordinate with the admin team in case of doing courier Desktop/Laptop/ or any other computer parts.
  8. System replacement with data backup from existing to new desktop/laptop.
  9. Testing of Different Computer hardware with their functionality and performance.
  10. Take the inventory of the IT Assets and keep the records of the same.
