Job Description :

This role is responsible for the configuration and support product design using the Siemens suite of applications.  The analyst will work with business facing IT teams to determine optimal design and methods to meet the business needs.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Job Type: Full Time
Work Location: Bangalore
Experinence : Fresher – 3 Years

Roles and Responsibility: 

1. Have a customer-centric approach to delight our customers through all interactions
2. Respond to customer calls and customer chat sessions regarding issues and troubleshooting of Alcon Medical Devices
3. Provide tech support to our customers by either solving or triaging the technical issues presented in the customer interactions
4. Create the required (Service Cases) in Alcon s Service Management System (ServiceMax) to document customer interactions
5. As needed, follow up with customers on the satisfaction or completion of the support services provided
6. Dispatch Services Cases that need field actions to the country Field Service Engineers (FSEs) responsible for the customer accounts

Education and Skills :

1. Individually meets the metrics assigned for the volume of calls, response times and adherence to schedule
2. Achieve target goals of customer satisfaction as defined for the group
3. Achieve target phone-fix ratios as defined per product
4. Achieve documentation of all service interactions in ServiceMax (Alcon s Service Management System)
