Job Title : Associate Customer Support
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Bangalore
Experinence : Fresher

Role and Responsibility :

1. Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media
2. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
3. Maintain accurate customer records
4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
5. Actively participate in team meetings
6. Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
7. Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
8. Educate customers on services and processes
9. Escalate any issues to the Team Leader
10. Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives
11. Adhere strictly to shift schedules
12. Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processes
13. Work collaboratively with the team

Education and Skills :

1. A Bachelor s degree from any stream if a Fresher
2. Minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
3. Passionate about customer care
4. **Good typing skill**
5. **Fluent in written and spoken English**
6. Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
7. A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
8. Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including Public holidays and weekends.
9. International Non-voice Process.
10. 24/7 shift (Graveyard shift included)
11. 5 Days work (2 Days rotational off)
12. Completely Work from Office
13. Office is in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad
