Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

This position works under the guidance of more senior professional colleagues. The Intern / Apprentice assists with tasks relevant to the specific area or function. This position allows the incumbent the opportunity to develop capability in his/her area of study.

1. Gain knowledge and experience in area of specialisation or function
2. Acquire the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution offered by the specific area or function
3. Remain current with the industry developments related to the relevant specific area or function
4. Provide general administrative to the specific area or function
5. Coordinate meetings, minute taking, logistics, filing and record keeping
6. Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy
7. Identify errors or discrepancies they will investigate and correct or escalate them for resolution
8. Provide support to clients in low complexity matters and maintain a log and/or list of all the queries
9. Contribute to client engagement and the success of the team
10. Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions
11. Assist in preparing information and research materials
12. create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
