Required Qualifications Skills:- 

1. Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B. Com, BBA, BA, BBM etc.)
2. You must have graduated in 2023 and obtained Provisional Degree Certificate.
3. Must be available for a period of 12 months.
4. Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
5. Good communication skills, passion desire to learn, “Can do” attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking a team player.
6. Must have enrolled as a “student” on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.

Key Roles Responsibilities:-

Our Apprenticeship Program is a great way for you to experience the corporate world and gain industry relevant knowledge and skills. Depending on the team you would join, you will have the opportunity to learn to do a combination of one or more of the following:

Facilities Assistant – Trainee

1. Client relationship skills – Training on how to handle guests and employees who come to the front desk for information.
2. Administrative skills –
3. Training on various administrative tasks such as Badge Issuance and coordination with employees.
4. Maintenance of the reception area, conference rooms, café and other common areas.
5. Respond to client inquires and concerns.
6. Training on creation of work orders in the tool and request for resources for building and housekeeping services as needed.
7. Training on upkeep of common area equipment to ensure efficiency. Training on event co-ordination. e.g.: transportation for guests, signages, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.

Finance Analyst – Trainee

1. Learn to document the business requirements.
2. Learn to document the standard operating procedures.
3. Understand book-keeping in Company by performing various guided actions.
4. Support the team on various tasks as directed on a daily basis.
5. Learn to operate the various tools that are used in the corporate to analyze the data.
6. Conduct data gathering effectively and efficiently.
7. Present the data and insights in a logical influential manner to drive data driven business decisions.
8. Perform metrics analysis as required to provide actionable information to end users

Benefits Analyst Trainee:

1. Manage relationships with benefits technology providers, like Darwin, a flexible benefits platform. By navigating its system, understanding its capabilities, and leveraging its features, optimize and streamline benefits delivery.
2. Develop effective strategies for partnering with local stakeholders and facilitating vendor communication. This involves sharing feedback, addressing issues, and reviewing issue logs (ServiceNow) ensuring smooth task execution and successful collaboration with various stakeholders.
3. Gain insight into the management of new SOW submissions and approvals. This involves handling new work requests and managing purchase orders.
4. Learn how to manage and maintain escalation models within Cisco, both internally and with vendors, driving continuous improvement and executing planned priorities.
5. Become proficient with SharePoint, serving as a platform for the Benefits Knowledge Management system.
6. Have the opportunity to participate in benefits projects across APJC, having valuable exposure and broadening experience.
7. Perform other benefit related duties as assigned.
