Required Qualifications:-

1. Willingness to go for licensing certifications as needed (SERIES 7 and possibly also for State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance) 
2. Willing to work evening hours: 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30am to 6pm CST) 
3. Graduate in finance discipline (0- 1 year experience or 1 year diploma is preferred)
4. Good communication skills – Proven written and oral communication skills with client service orientation
5. Basic understanding of MS power point, MS Excel and MS Word
6. Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, retirement services, etc. would be an added advantage
7. Must have an eye to detail with high accuracy levels
8. Ability to meet strict timelines per the agreed SLAs for advisor practices

Preferred Qualifications:-

1. Prior experience in customer-based interactions roles both written and verbal will be an added advantage
2. Experience of interacting with financial advisors will be preferred
3. Experience of being part of and enabling start-ups/ new business set up approach will also considered a positive

Roles Responsibilities:-

Internal Operational activities:

1. Assist financial advisors in servicing clients through operational and analytical support
2. Ensure new business paperwork is successfully prepared submitted. Eg. MAAR applications, e-forms etc.
3. Protect Client data and confidentiality; prioritize and perform work in accordance with established processes / procedures.
4. Maintaining social media platforms (Facebook LinkedIn) with relevant and timely posts
5. Updating team website when necessary 

Client outreach functions: Manage administrative client correspondence through emails and phone, such as: 

1. to set up or confirm a meeting appointment date, 
2. to acknowledge/send greetings, 
3. to invite for an event, 
4. to ask them to sign up for Total view, Secure Site, e-Signature, e-delivery. 
5. Contact client to gather factual, client-level profile information, such as age address, income and marital status 
6. Contact client to confirm existing (not new) account-level information such as liquidity needs, risk tolerance, investment time-frame, for suitability purposes. 
7. Assist clients in data gathering for FP through emails 

Future activities (post licensing):

1. Accept and process client orders 
2. Directly assist advisors in identifying and preparing recommendations to buy or sell an Investment. (Only advisors can finalize and communicate recommendations to clients) 
3. Provide an opinion (either in writing or verbally) to the advisor on the benefits or suitability of Investment to clients. (Only advisors can discuss investment recommendations with clients)
