Roles Responsibilities:-

Data Entry:

1. Experience in US Payroll setup / Origination
2. Employee / Client level setup
3. Experience in payroll Weekly / Monthly generation
4. Knowledge in Workers compensation / Wages / Tax Filings  Pay frequencies
5. Experience in US Federal / State and Local taxes
6. Time and Attendance / Leave Accruals
7. Bank Account / Direct Deposit addition and validation
8. Typing certification will be an added advantage
9. Good Communication / Reading and understanding the emails is must.
10. Comfortable in doing night shift /Flexible in extension per business requirement.

Data Audit-

1. US Payroll / Quality Check Auditing
2. Employee / Client level bank account reviews for accuracy and to ensure compliance with the process
3. Experience in US Banking recon process
4. Knowledge in HRIS / SAP / Core Advance
5. Certification in Quality Check will be an added advance
6. Experience in eyeballing large data, especially account numbers / validating the Authorized contacts.
7. Good Communication
8. Flexible in extension / Shift as per business requirements

Business, Customer:

1. Minimal Customer interaction under guidance.
2. Understands Domain Process,sub process functions terminologies(such as SOP QC checklists).
3. Project,Process Handles First level processing of assigned transactions Complex problems n(procedures,processes)are referred to Supervisor,Line Manager.
4. Adhere to quality requirements achieve targets,volumes in given TAT(Turn around time).
5. Adhere to the mandatory industry regulation and compliance requirements for the given process.
6. Knowledge Management,Understand various document templates and standards(Such as SOPs) to interpret the documents and related terminologies.
7. People,Team Management.
8. Adhere to org hygiene and compliance needs in terms of Time sheet submission Assimilation and Attendance.
