Minimum Qualifications for all Roles:-

1. Ability to work independently, collaborate with others and manage multiple task assignments
2. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
3. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
4. Ability to travel up to 50%
5. Strong academic track record (preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher)
6. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Required Qualifications:-

Designer Skills:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines:
   1. Graphic/ Communication Design
   2. Industrial Design
   3. Architecture
   4. Human-Computer Interaction
   5. Human Factors
   6. Cognitive Science / Psychology / Linguistics
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision and Figma
3. Knowledge of UX design methodologies
4. Strong UI and visual design skillset
5. Ability to identify problems and present solutions to clients and stakeholders
6. Motivation to maintain and improve design standards and processes
7. Portfolio Required

Data Scientist Skills:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines
   1. Data Science
   2. Applied AI
   3. Computer Science
   4. Statistics
   5. Mathematics
   6. Physics, or a closely related field
2. Experience with R or Python, database design, and SQL

Developer Skills:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines:
   1. Computer Science,
   2. Computer Engineering,
   3. Information Management or a related field
2. Familiarity with the agile methodologies software development lifecycle (SDLC)
3. Experience developing web applications with SOA, RESTful APIs, and/or MVC architectures
4. Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript (Node.js) / Python)
5. Development experience with a high-level language (Java or C#)
6. Hands-on experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
7. Cloud development experience (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.)
8. Hands-on experience in SQL or NoSQL database environments

ML Engineer:

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree completed by August 2023 in one of the following disciplines
   1. Data Science
   2. Applied AI/Artificial Intelligence
   3. Electrical Engineering
   4. Computer Science
   5. Computer Engineering
   6. Statistics
   7. Mathematics
   8. Physics, or a closely related field
2. Experience with R or Python, database design, and SQL
3. Knowledge of the data science and analytics lifecycle
4. Knowledge of C++, Java, or other object-oriented programming language
5. Experience with application or software development
6. Familiarity with the agile methodologies software development lifecycle (SDLC)
7. Experience with cloud development (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:-

Data Science and ML Engineers:

1. Implementing Apache Open Source (Kafka, Storm, Spark) Frameworks to process end to end data management life cycle for NLP, Machine Log Algorithms, Text Mining algorithms
2. Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Linguistics, Advanced Semantic Design
3. At least 6 months experience working with SparkCognition, Expert System, Microsoft Cognitive Services, IBM Watson, Numenta, Deepmind, CognitiveScale, CustomerMatrix, IPSoft, Salesforce Einstein, Google Cloud Platform/Tensor Flow, or Amazon Web Services/Sagemaker, Microsoft Azure/Machine Learning and common open source scripting languages

Developers:

1. JavaScript Programming at User Interface (UI) level: ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS
2. SQL/No- SQL database knowledge
3. Cloud development and deployment knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure)
4. DevOps and MLOps

Designers: Preferred experience in Data Visualization Design, AI Experience Design, Conversational AI design, Product design or software design
