Required Qualifications:-

1. Master Degree/ Bachelors / Under Graduate Degree  in any field or any other qualification with relevant knowledge and attitude to learning and grow ( B.Com / M.Com/MBA/CA Inter with article ship experience )
2. Completion of University Degree ( No  Arrears ) College/University  Provisional Certificates
3. Prior experience in organizing events and projects (e.g. college events) would be an added plus

1. Delivery ability (Individual Contributory role)
2. Strong Inter-personal skills
3. Written and oral communication skills
4. Positive Attitude
5. Team player
6. Energy and enthusiasm, willing to learn/stretch
7. Strong sense of ownership/commitment
8. MS tools (Excel / Powerpoint) working knowledge

Primary duties and Responsibilities:-

1. Support in PBFA / Controlling / Working Capital / Controlling functions
2. Assist in central co-ordination, tracking, reporting
3. Support in multiple activities as assigned by the function leader
4. Support in coordinating Finance related initiatives
5. Understanding and Working on matrix-based responsibilities of different functions
6. Keeping a tab on new things, things which has moving responsibilities [i.e. areas which require coordination between different teams, leading them to close and getting them defined at right place]
7. Emphasis on use of technology and data analytics in this job responsibilities
8. Knowledge of tax , Cost and management account will be an added advantage
9. Other activities that fit in the job summary and purpose of the job.
