Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Any Graduate / preferably B. Com 
2. Flexibility to work in any shift
3. MIS and/or reporting experience
4. Fair understanding of upstream and downstream of process in Trade Promotions: Trade Claims, Dispatch rate, Demand/supply planning, Logistics, Supply chain, overall understanding of Trade Pay and Deductions
5. Fluent in English. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
6. Experience in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Power Point and MS Teams; advanced Excel skills
7. Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, organization skills, and attention to detail
8. Smart problem solver generate good ideas and practical solutions
9. Strong team player, Dependable
10. Able to manage their workload and ensure completion of tasks even if a stretch is required
11. Ability to prioritize tasks and Multitask when required

Preferred qualifications:-

1. Exposure to consumer goods industry
2. Exposure to technologies like Trade Promotions Management tool, Trade Promotions Optimizer, Forecasting tools, SAP etc.
3. Proficient Visio skills and process mapping experience (Preferable)
4. Certification in Trade Promotions Management is an added advantage
5. Transitions Experience- Must have transitioned 1 or more process successfully 
6. Proficient Visio skills and process mapping experience (Preferable)

Job Description Responsibilities:-

1. Establish strong collaborative relationship with Clients, Sales team and Customers
2. Interact with internal stakeholders, Customer Managers, CCD Team, Sales Team, Category etc.
3. Proactive and Self-motivated to follow up or chase with multiple teams for pending information
4. Create, update, cancel Promotions on TPM tool
5. Evaluate and Update Customer system/portals with activity plans and promotions
6. Reconciliation and resolve promo mis-match issues between TPM and Retailer portals 
7. Validate required details as per guidelines to create or amend a Promo
8. Send request to CAM (Customer Account Manager) to provide the updated details
9. Update the Promo plan into tracker
10. Regular query resolution and proactive communication/escalation
11. Create Promo nomination form confirm back to CAM
12. Ensure that the promotions are finalized on tool before promo launch date
13. Input the data into TPM to create/modify/cancel a promo
14. Validate and Update Promo plan into tracker
15. Maintain daily work tracker, review and update SOP, update FMEA
16. Manage exceptions and follow guardrails
17. Maintain positive VOC from stakeholders  
18. Create and prepare regular timely Reports, provide analytics 
19. Achieve KPIs / SLAs contractually agreed 
20. Deliver Operational Excellence Framework 
21. Manage and lead calls with clients
22. Be proactive and ensure operations is run smoothly
23. Own, create, update, and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Knowledge Management tools
24. Ensure reporting both for client and Genpact management for Operations review- Regular and timely reporting 
25. Identify problems/issues in day to day Operations and resolve them proactively
26. Highlight and escalate any issues that need attention
27. Coordinate and resolve issues with excellent customer service 
28. Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal stakeholder s inquiries quickly, effectively, and professionally.
29. Ensure positive customer VOC from stakeholders
