Job Description :
Groww is looking for an Associate – Growth (User Engagement ) in Bangalore.
Job Title : Associate – Growth (User Engagement )
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Bangalore
Experience : Fresher – 1 Year
Role and Responsibility :
- Execute Push/Email/SMS campaigns with objective to increase conversions from delivery to leads
- Track the conversions from email and SMS campaigns and improving the percentages and numbers
- To work in a high-volume email/Push/SMS marketing environment
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs.
- This will be a User engagement role in Growth Retention team
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive engagement activities.
Education and Skills :
- Obsession with customer delight
- 0-1 year experience of CRM marketing tools(eg. Webengage, Moengage, Clevertap, etc)
- Ability to thrive on challenging problem statements. Must be a go-getter.
