Position description:
To execute periodic review enforce compliance to security controls defined in the banks Information Security Policy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic review remediation of gaps in OS, DB, MW systems compared to laid down Minimum Baseline Security Standards (MBSS)
- Review Privileged IDs grant controlled access to Operating systems, Databases Middleware systems on a need to know principle
- Review enforce detective controls through Log monitoring forensic reviews
Additional Responsibilities:
- Privileged access of various production support change management teams. Validate the purpose of access, review change management authorization approvals grant privileged access.
- Enforce governance control on usage of privileged OS, DB MW IDs.
- Implement review controls pertaining to system activity logging monitoring. OS, DB, MW system activity logging integration with SIEM tool.
- Perform incident management for resolution of non-logging systems.
- Review detect unauthorized Privileged access changes carried out on OS, DB MW systems.
- Enforce security controls for preventing misuse of privileged access.
- (Preventive access controls, Detective log review controls Deterrent controls by means of periodic awareness mailers warning memos enforcing required controls using Policy, procedure tools).
