8. Good at writing SQL scripts

Optional skills required:-

1. Hands on experience in SmartPlant Foundation and integration with other Smart plant enterprise related products
2. Good understanding about SPF Database architecture
3. Good knowledge about Internet Information Server
4. Good knowledge about SSL/HTTPS Configuration
5. Good knowledge about Authorization server like Okta/SAM

Roles Responsibilities:-

Candidate will be providing technical software support to customers in the areas of SmartPlant Foundation/ SDx and related applications.

1. Responsible for providing technical software support to customers in the areas of SmartPlant Foundation/SDx and related applications.
2. With little guidance, Responsible for communicating with Customers, services effectively and manage their expectations for the various issues raised by them.
3. Responsible to investigate the root cause for the issues raised by customers and provide solution/ workaround
4. Responsible for raising trouble reports for software bugs/Change requests
5. Responsible for testing any fixes provided by development team
