Required Qualifications Skills:-

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master s degree with good communication skills
2. Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req nice to have
3. Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref nice to have
4. Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate
5. Intermediate customer facing and presentation skills 
6. Intermediate Process documentation skills 
7. Intermediate Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills

Required Technical skills:- 

1. 0 to 1 experience in PL/SQL skills. 
2. 0 to 1 experience in experience with UNIX. 
3. Basic understanding of Hardware, Storage, Network, Active Directory, Domain, database, web portals, IIS concepts.  
4. Basic understanding of distributed computing technologies 

Knowledge Skill Requirement:-

1. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).  
2. Excellent documentation, presentation, analytical and multitasking skills. Effective ticket handling skills
3. Good Knowledge of Event, Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management. 
4. ITIL v3 Foundation certified (nice to have).
5. Committed to Process Improvements and Operational Delivery by working with the Management. 
6. Inquisitiveness and strong desire to learn about the tools, technologies and procedures. 
7. Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethics. 
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
9. Willing to work in different shifts and over weekends to support the 24/7 environment. 
10. Willing to work outside of the business hours based on operational requirements.

Roles Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible for acknowledging incidents and requests, analyzing the impact and taking appropriate actions for Tier 2. 
2. Coordinating with the other support groups/Tier 3 teams to gain domain knowledge or requirement clarifications etc.  
3. Responsible for day-to-day activities and other BAU work.
