Job Description :

1. Programming skills in any scripting language
2. Awareness of  API Technologies REST/JSON and SOAP/XML, and tools like Splunk, Postman, SoapUI etc.
3. Good understanding of relational database concepts, Oracle PL/SQL
4. Must have Level 2 and Level 3 App Support experience on Java technology
5. Must have ITIL knowledge or certification 
6. Knowledge of bug tracking and source code management tools like Jira and bit bucket
7. Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders
8. Excellent analytical, decision making and communication skills
9. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
10. Adaptability to change
11. Knowledge of processes best practices within the team industry

What you need to have: 

1. 0-2 years of IT support and development experience
2. BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
3. Good knowledge of JAVA,SQL Spring Framework
4. ITIL process knowledge
