Role – Process Associate

Location : Hyderabad

Qualification : BE/B.Tech/BCA/BCOM/BBA or Any

SUMMARY

The team member’s primary responsibility is to perform tasks associated with multiple operation task s under insurance group. The basic duties of team member is to manage the flow of a process and optimize day-to-day activities. The role involves tasks like validating updating the insurance policy documents, Onboarding handling clients requests for change/modification, Updating the status, Sending notifications when required, working on Lease protect and Asset protect claims Refunds.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES

1. Graduate with at least 0-1 years of experience in BPO.
2. Bachelor s Degree majoring in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Information Science, Business Management, or similar field required.
3. Prior insurance experience with a demonstrated responsibility for exercising judgment and decision-making skills.
4. Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
5. Verbal and written communication skills
6. Must possess good operational behavior, time management skills and strong attention to detail
7. Ability to work with little supervision, but knowing when to escalate problems to management
8. Ability to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary
9. Demonstrate consistent judgment
10. Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are met
11. Ability to work US business hours
12. Reliable and dependable
13. Ability to adapt to change
14. Relevant experience in Insurance processing and/or financial services
15. Basic knowledge on MS Excel
16. Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint
17. Experience within the multifamily industry is desired
