Required Qualifications Skills:-

  2. Fresher or with 1-2 years of experience in service / Sales / Collection (as per the job role)

Key Roles Responsibilities:- 

To handle customer calls / issues while providing consistent delivery of customer delight relating to queries/ requests / financial needs / problem resolution keeping focus on SCB Policies.

  1. Handle customer chats/calls quickly and effectively and end to end resolution (if applicable)
  2. Sign up customers for value added services and digital education (if applicable)
  3. Tag the call type accurately as appropriate
  4. Give accurate information to customers on his queries / concerns
  5. Have high awareness levels on KYC and Anti-money laundering Policy
  6. Multi-skilled to handle both inbound and outbound calls (if applicable)
  7. Initiate and strive towards achieving set targets and service standards
  8. Probe identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer requirements (if applicable)
  9. Should be able to identify potential disputes / escalation / specific trends noticed while handling of cases / Process gaps and highlight to the management
  10. Ensure all sales pitches are made without  mis-selling and achieve targets in term of leads / self closure (if applicable)
  11. Ensure proper follow up / tracking of cases and closure within turnaround time (if applicable)
  12. Customer Data Confidentiality to be strictly adhered to
  13. Adherence to compliance with all applicable rules / regulations and group policies
  14. Ensure KPI s (Key Performance Indicator) KRI s (Key Risk Indicator, eg proper authentication, no rejects, maintained turnaround time, etc as define by the group)  are achieved and work towards the improvement
  15. Follow up on delinquent accounts to negotiate for timely payments (if applicable)

Required Qualifications:- Fresher or Experience with 1 to 3 years 

Roles Responsibilities:- 

  1. Preparation and checking of the documents relevant to the Limits approved by credit for customers
  2. Forwarding the prepared/ checked documents to the stakeholder for onward submission to the customer
  3. On submission of the customer executed documents , checking to be completed with the  internal approval and the mandate submitted .
  4. The completion of security , charge filing with various Government portal as per the internal and regulatory required to be monitored
  5. On satisfaction of the internal credit , security conditions certification to be issued for the customer to utlise the limits approved
  6. Update the documents thus received from the customer to the internal systems including the valuation , insurance etc  at the appropriate module of the system.
  7. The documents thus updated in the internal system to be submitted for safe keeping to the internal team called custody
  8. Custody team on receiving the Execute Documents will check for relevant details like page numbers , correct document number etc with the lodgement memo submitted
  9. Maintain a tracker for the received Documents to monitor the completion of the activities within the TAT
  10. The documents to be approved in the internal system and the memo signed off
  11. The documents need to be scanned , numbered and uploaded to another internal system so that the virtual image of the documents is available for the Business to view while working of further deals for the same customer
  1. Arrange the physical document in the safe of the Bank in the docket of each customer
  2. Confirm the completion of all these activities to the staholders
  3. Copies of the documents thereafter are taken and couriered to the customer as per the Regulatory requirement
  4. Relevant registers for the same are updated including the Key Register which is mandated for the operation of Safe
  5. Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.  Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners
  6. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people, and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks
  7. Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles
  8. Responsibility to review team structure / capacity plans
  9. Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives
