- Participate in audits and risk assessment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support to client user, process users international users, working on TAT basis. Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/routers).
- Configured hardware and granted system permissions to new employees.
- Assisting user on Remote Support and Troubleshooting and fixing problems. Installing and configuring software, hardware, networks and maintaining servers.
- Troubleshot connectivity issues across network such as Wi-Fi, Cellular
