Required Qualifications Skills:-

1. Degree Level: Bachelor’s Degree
2. Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure 
3. The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness  
4. The candidate should possess attention to detail and also maintain confidentiality and integrity 
5. Must be highly collaborative and be a team player with commitment to excellence  
6. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced) 
7. Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently 
8. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team on business critical projects 
9. Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach 
10. Negotiation and persuasion skills are required to work with partners and implement changes 
11. Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills 
12. Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines 
13. Must be able to prepare user training documents and deliver user trainings

5. Learns new or existing business solution in SAP PP/QM area based which is in use by the customer business 
6. Understands or configures, documents and tests business transactions in SAP PP/QM application according to the functional and technical requirements 
7. Keeps close communication with ABAP development team 
8. Should be able to understand and gathering requirements for configuration in respective areas to meet the business requirement and enhance business process 
9. Communicate and coordinate with business users, managers and respective leads to ensure the integration of processes and modules across organization
