Required Qualifications:- 

1. Bachelor s degree, preferably major in computer science or relevant experience.
2. Soft Skills such as Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Creativity, Work Ethic, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management.
3. Working knowledge of basic standard software such as MS Office suites, Adobe suites, multiple Windows OS platforms
4. Fair understanding of  SQL Server Database and relational database concepts.
5. Fair understanding of cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or IaaS-based providers.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of basic networking concepts and terminology.

Roles Responsibilities:-

1. Assist customers with Construction ERP s software client/server environment.
2. Assist customers with Construction ERP s software administration and services.
3. Assist customers with Construction ERP s software upgrades, migration, and Installations
4. Effectively document issues/feedback from customers for use by Development in research and resolution of defects.
5. Develops Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting steps and common solutions to frequent calls for use by customers and peers.
6. Follow documented processes for troubleshooting, engagement, escalation, and others with 3rd-party hosting partners.
7. Support after-hours and on-call duties as business required.
