Required Qualifications Skills:-

1. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control in a manufacturing environment, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Experience Required: 0 – 2 Years

Roles Responsibilities:-

1. Receive and process incoming inventory
2. Inspect inventory for damage or defects
3. Record inventory data in the inventory management system
4. Issue inventory to production and other departments
5. Maintain inventory levels to ensure that there is enough stock to meet demand
6. Reconcile inventory records to physical inventory counts
7. Conduct inventory audits
8. Generate reports on inventory levels and trends
9. Use Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
10. Troubleshoot inventory problems
11. Train new employees on inventory procedures
12. Take ownership of the Inventory Management process, including receiving inventory, giving inventory on request, shipping inventory, and receiving shipments.
13. Publish a weekly status report with the health of the inventory and any issues.
14. Conduct audits on a timely basis to ensure that the inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
15. Identify and document all inventory items.
16. Prioritize requests based on their criticality and instructions from the lead.
17. Store and manage temporary inventory with proper notes.
18. Follow the SLA for adding inventory, issuing inventory, and shipping inventory.
19. Provide the status of inventory items at any given time.
20. Update the internal tracker with the current status of the inventory with live data.
21. Use barcode readers and SAP tools (ISMP) efficiently.
22. Be 100% compliant with inventory audits.
23. Create processes and suggest process improvement plans to accommodate client requests.
24. Add new inventory items to the inventory repository and give them back to users upon request.
25. Label inventories with the defined nomenclature by the customer.
26. Work closely with the Intel Central Inventory Team to manage the inventory process and new learnings.
27. Attend meetings requested by the lead and Intel Lead regarding process improvement, pass downs, and updates.
28. Be able to change the process based on the client’s request to accommodate new tasks.
29. Work in Excel with high proficiency.
30. Keep backup data for inventory systems and transactions.
